Products Description

Road studs are traffic reflectors for the highway, they are also known as raised road signs.
They are a kind of traffic safety product that is mainly installed in the middle of the road marking line or the middle of the
double yellow line to remind the driver to drive according to the lane through its reverse reflection performance. The
specifications of the spike are generally 136mm*50mm.
There are a variety of reflectors, studs, reflective beads, LED light, reflective film and so on.
According to the material they are made with they can be divided into:

Solar studs are widely used for controlling traffic flow with a wide number of different applications. There are a number of well known and widely accepted colors, with lights in particular orientations to make the message to a driver clear and univocal, thereby improving the traffic flow of the road and enhancing safety aspects. The new designed and patent solar stud could stand the pressure of 30 Tons allowing cars to drive on the solar led marker lights directly.

Solar road stud is a kind of stud, which is set along the road surface and used at night or in rain or fog to indicate the direction of the road. It is composed of reverse reflection material, shell, solar panel, LED and control device. It is a visual induction facility with active luminescence and passive reflection performance, which is usually used in combination with the marking line. The working principle of solar energy road stud is that the solar panels absorb sunlight during the day, the solar energy is converted into electrical energy, and it is then stored in the storage devices (batteries or capacitors). In the evening, the electricity is automatically converted into light energy (through the photoelectric switch control), through the LED light path outline which induce the driver's line of sight.

LED road stud is an active road safety device fixed on the road for marking and depicting night visibility. It is a
separate device module with solar energy, batteries, LEDs and electronics designed to switch between dusk and flash automatically on all night to provide drivers with sufficient vision and advance warning on the road. Unlike passive reflective cat's eyes, the effectiveness of LED cat's eyes does not depend on the intensity and range of the vehicle's headlights. Instead, free solar energy is used to operate leds that flash all night, providing remote visibility and providing guidance and warning to road users to improve road driving safety.
